Everstead Signature Builder began in 1999 as Triad Building Company, founded by David Parks. As those first homes took shape and people took note of the craftsmanship, David started receiving requests to build homes across the plateau. One request turned into many, and Triad Building Company evolved from a one-man operation into a team-driven organization with a proven track record across the region. Since that humble beginning, the journey has resulted in 148 homes built or under construction, representing more than $120 million in value, and a far-reaching reputation as a builder of quality, vision and scale. Every project we take on is shaped by a deep respect for craftsmanship, timeless design, and the enduring connections that make a house a home. We take seriously our role in bringing each family’s dreams to life and are honored to be part of those legacies.

David will tell you that every accomplishment celebrated by the company is the direct result of having incredible people around him.
